Good features, some setup needed

I tried out the Smart Cart feature for my Shopify store a few weeks ago. The setup wasn't super straightforward, needed to look at some docs. Once it was running, the in-cart recommendations started showing up nicely. My customers seemed to engage with it, I saw a small bump in average order value. Delivery of results was good after the initial configuration. Support was reasonably quick to answer a question I had about custom CSS styling. It's a solid tool if you put in the work. Overall, I think it's a good personalization engine for the price.

Easy to add upsells

My friend told me to check this out for my small online shop. I got the AI Product Recommendations set up. It was actually pretty simple to add to my site. The recommendations looked good, not clunky or anything. I saw some people adding extra items because of it. Felt like a good upgrade for my store without much hassle. Definitely a decent tool.

Smart Cart worked well

I used the Smart Cart. It was easy to get started with the free trial. My customers saw relevant products. It helped my store a bit. Definitely worth trying for a Shopify store.
